Good drooling pictures of our sweetie!

I figured I would post a few of the drooling pictures of my little sweet pea!

Rough week or so health wise for us.

the past few weeks have been a little more challenging as nearly everyone in our household (including Grandmother and Grandaddy who were visiting) have been sick during the past few weeks.

Nathan was sick over the weekend which his company's holiday party took place, but we were able to still make it down to Philadelphia (the location switches between Philadelphia and Northern NJ every year) for the party and had a really good time. But Nathan was sick and didn't eat or drink anything, but still kept a smile on his face and enjoyed being with everyone!

Madeline had been home the previous week with Roseola (likened to mini-measles) for a few days and then came home the following Tuesday with some red eyes. We kept her home for Wednesday and went to the doctor who prescribed eye drops to treat her pink eye. She went back to school on Friday only to be sent home with 'explo-so-poop' as we commonly call it here!

Andrew woke up two hours later than normal just this last Tuesday and some of his first words were 'Momma, my belly hurts, I don't feel so good.' This mortified Momma and Daddy as we both had meetings or days which we could not miss. So we observed for a little while prior to school, and he seemed to act normal after that, so we went in to school and both crossed our fingers that we would not get the call from day care to come pick him up. None came, and his teachers said he was just fine all day! Whew!

We hope that Christmas week is filled with good times and great memories instead of any of us being sick! Cross your fingers!

Our little elf

We went to a friend's birthday party and on the way home went past a grocery store and picked up this Santa hat to add to Andrew's collection of dress up hats. It's getting a little sad that he has grown up so much that even some of his favorite hats are becoming too small for his knoggin!

All Andrew needs here to be the cutest elf ever is a little movie showing him winking while in this pose!

Sometimes you just have to take your sking Frosty the Snowman for a quick ride on your see-saw!

"Ho Ho Ho says Sinta!"
(We are working on the Santa Claus name, but for now, Sinta is just too cute!)

Our little cutie!

Madeline had some fun following her brother around after he plays with his toys. This time, she wanted to investigate Big Brother's hockey stick!

"Hmmmm... I wonder how I can play with this?"

"You leave it out brother and I get a shot at it!"

I love this picture. She was having a blast with Daddy snapping away. Quite a few had some glistening chin and noses, so Momma wanted to clean her up a bit.

"But Momma, I am teething! I ALWAYS have a wet face! "

Well, what do we have in here?!?! I should have started this crawling and standing thing a LONG time ago. There is SO MUCH MORE just above head height!

I see you Daddy!

Daddy was clicking away over last weekend taking a few shots with Andrew and Madeline. Andrew joined in the party and started looking through his own 'camera' like Daddy.

I see you!

Daddy you are so silly!

Momma's new hair dew

Momma got a new hair cut last week before my company Christmas party. Got it shorter as well as straightened!

Of course it is a challenge to keep it straight, so some days it's the natural curly, and some times it's straight! But it is always stylish!

Lindsay's birthday party

We went to Lindsay's birthday party (that's her sitting next to the left slide in the pink dress) and had a ball. Momma and Daddy were a little worried as the party started at noon which is right before Andrew's normal nap every day. But we decided to try it out, and it was a good thing that the party was quite a bit south of us as it allowed Andrew and Madeline to snooze in the back of the Honda (while Momma sat back there with them snug as a bug)! Andrew was too cute, it was a bright and sunny day and while he is used to the heavily tinted windows of the Denali, the Honda's windows allowed in all of that pesky light. For a while, just his sun glasses were enough, but luckily we had blankets for each of them (brrr was it cold cold out!) and Andrew eventually came up with the idea that he would make a tent and sit under it while we were going to Lindsay's party.

Of course, even while under the blanket tent Andrew insisted on holding onto Momma's hand, so that made it even more special until be drifted off (either from being tired or the lack of oxygen in his blanket tent!) and slept the majority of the way down to the party.

It was a good time for everyone and we especially enjoyed running around with the other kids, at least until the pinata came out and Andrew scrambled for his 5 suckers and then quietly sat down while the other bigger kids continued to scurry for candy until it was all gone. He had 5 suckers after all! What more could a boy want!?!?

They all played games like slide races, hide and seek, and even colored or wrote happy birthday on a shirt for Lindsay. It was a lot of fun, even in the bouncy house!

Upstairs we had pizza, juice, and some other snack foods while everyone ran around and burned off more energy.

The birthday party crew. (A few others were in there, but just not showing faces!)

Andrew and Delaney had fun together, after the pictures they walked over to where the pinata was being set up hand in hand! Better watch out there, we have two cuties!

Just sitting and watching the others still pick up more candy. He had his 5 pieces and was happy with that!

Yummy juice!

Andrew and Delaney eating pizza and enjoying each others company.

The party room! Boy did this place have decorations! This was the area they ate in, and behind us was a big room with couches for the parents and karaoke, foos ball and lots of other things for the kids to play with.

Playing with Keri! 'Tip toe, tip toe, tip toe!!!'

Momma and her adoring fan!

It's time for everyone to pick out a prize!

Madeline and Momma, appropriately matching of course.

Look Momma, I picked out a red man!

Boy these sucker things are dynamite!

Momma and Andrew videotaping Madeline

Momma! Look at Madeline! She is so silly!

No wait! I want to ham it up a little for the camera too!

Madeline playing on her mat.

Hi there Pops! I was just hangin out and playing on my tummy time mat!

Ooooh! Look at this! It could be yummy, it is orange after all!

Lets take a little nibble to see...

Hey! I was stealing the show here Big Brother!

Sheesh! This kid is ALWAYS trying to steal my frame! But that's OK cause he is SOOOO funny! I just can't help myself but laugh at him. And I know funny!!!

Mr Soccer head brushes his teeth.

Sometimes, we like to be silly and wear our Superman cape under our soccer hat. And sometimes, you have to do it when it's time for bed and you need to brush your teeth!

Rinsing.... rinsing...

Hey! Who turned out the lights?!?!?

And one final spit before heading off to bed.

Good night!

Andrew and Madeline playing on her mat.

Here Madeline, this is how you play with blocks! Just stack them like this and it is fun. Now you try it!

Hmmm, how do you do that again? Maybe he just wants me to gum these things... That's what I will do, I will just give them a taste. They are different colors after all!

Who us? We are just playing Daddy!

Why am I always the serious one?! Well, someone has to take these things seriously, my brother just thinks everything is a game! This is serious baby business!

Hi there Daddy! We are just playing together. Nothing to see here!

Blowing bubbles in the bath

We still enjoy blowing bubbles in the tub. (Who doesn't?)

Only recently have we added a tube which we can blow through and make LOTS of big bubbles!

Our little goof ball hamming it up for the camera!

Can we blow bubbles at you Daddy?

Please?!?!
