Visit to Maryland - 4

Sunday morning we visited the townhouse. While they guys moved some boxes and furniture around Thomas and Andrew played with some new diggers.


After a busy day of playing on Sunday Andrew wound down for sleep watching a show on the Sony PSP with his new diggers.


A good visit. We look forward to seeing everyone again at Christmas!

Visit to Maryland - 3

Saturday morning Nathan left for Day 2 of his kayaking class while the rest of us visited a local playcenter with Andrew and Thomas. Both had a fabulous time playing in all the different rooms.

Here Andrew and Papa building towers with large foam blocks. As fast as Papa could build the tower up Andrew would run back and forth from the other "room" with more blocks and knock the tower down!









Andrew and Thomas also really enjoyed playing in the sand in the beach room.





Across from the beach room were these two dinosaurs. Andrew enjoyed riding them and decided the dinosaurs were hungry, so ran back and forth trying to feed them sand from the beach.

Visit to Maryland - 2

Right across the street from the Homewood Suites is a line of restaurants, making dinnertime much easier to negotiate with 3 little ones in tow! A picture of Papa and Andrew from dinner Thursday night at Bob Evans.

Friday, July 25, Nathan left for a LLBean kayaking class in Annapolis (a Christmas present from Mom & Dad Browne) while the rest of us headed off for the play area at the Columbia Mall. Andrew and Thomas had fun playing until lunch time and then we met up with Papa & Nana for lunch at Pizzera Uno.

After Thursday naptime we all met up for afternoon playtime and dinner in our room.

Shupps back in Maryland

We had a great mini-family reunion this weekend in Maryland with Amy, James & Thomas and Nana & Papa Voss. The Shupps made it back to the States just after July 4th and have been living in their temporary home at the Homewood Suites in Columbia while they fix up their townhouse after 5-years of renters. The boys had a great time getting to know each other again and playing with the bigger boys of our group!
