Last night Aunt Amy came to town and there was much rejoicing!
She made it safe and sound and even managed to get and drive a rental car from the airport to our place despite the fact that she was on a 12 hour jet lag and had been on a plane or airport for nearly 24 hours! Not bad I might say.
We sat around and just talked for a few hours while she got used to her new nephew as well as reintroduced to her kitties.
This morning Amy and Andrew have had some quality time to get to know one another and Amy is learning a little better to hold and rock little Andrew. He is surely enjoying meeting her especially since she like to hold him and look into his little blue eyes.
I think that she will enjoy these next few days with her new little Nephew and being back in the states for a bit will help as well.
