Andrew handled drop-off well. While he was hesitant to let Nathan and I leave him at his new room, there were no major breakdowns. Madeline was a different story. Of course she had no idea what was going on, but as we discovered yesterday when we tested out a bottle with her, she was having nothing of eating from a bottle or drinking any formula! So we sent her in with sippy cups, valves removed so you can basically pour milk into her mouth, and I started pumping like crazy to get enough breastmilk for the day. Until we have enough breastmilk to have a day's worth of bottles for her, she'll be doing shorter days (hopefully just this week).
